Hotel Advisor listed this hotel accurately in every way. Making the reservation was simple, and saved us much time, especially since we are English speakers new to Poland. Speaking Polish did not turn out to be particularly necessary in Krakow, but it is nice to know that Hotel Advisor is accessible for setting up details ahead of time in English.
